Testing build from partner B009, Here Map application can locate your position but when trying to search for any place.... there are NO results. We had tried with the version preinstalled in the build(v1.8) and after updating Here Maps(v2.0) but the behaviour is the same. Typing in the search field for searching for a known city: Toledo, Madrid or Alcobendas... the result is always empty: NO results. Comparing the behaviour with a TCL device, the v1.88 is working fine and offering results to the searching operation.

Andy, can you suggest what Beatriz can provide here to help analysis?

Could not reproduce on Helix with B007 build. Searching for locations works fine. Helix v1.1hd Y300-F1V100R001C00B007 Platform version 18.1 Build 20131120042019

We have tested it. We found it also on B007 & B009. And it's a probability isuue, do not happen 100%.

Tested with B11 version, the search function is still not working. Andy any update from your side?

hi,andy we find that we will report the location info when search places,such as the following: &geolocation=geo:30.478145219399096,114.39635530114175;u=-0.4609401226043701 the u means uncertainty,it is negative because of wifi positioning is not accurate, so can you handle this issue in server side? just ignore the geolocation uncertainty will fix the issue.

Using a newer build from the partner(B16). Now the search functionality is working fine, I can see search results. Can Nokia confirm if they are the responsible for the fix? if you do not answer in somedays, I will close the issue as WFM.
