Steps to reproduce:
According to new design like Firefox Australis and Gnome HIG titlebar is useless. We should drop it.
Actual results:
Probably it's part of bug 627699.
Expected results:
GTK supports CSD which replaces titlebar with headerbar. It means we can combinate close button in the same panel with addressbar, tabs, etc.
