Details

Right-click over between scrollbar and window border shows an context menu for frame page. Reproducable with classic. Modern doesn't have this problem.

->themes? cannot repro on modern, nor can i repro on the mac in classic. however, i can repro this on classic on both winnt and linux [2001.08.29.xx-comm bits].
