Susie, typically in mozilla.org evangelism when we contact a site, the person who does the contact assigns the bug to themselves, and sets the target milestone to be 2 milestones into the future to indicate when the site should be retested. By the way, this redirect does work in IE, Konqueror and Opera, it doesn't work in w3m, links and lynx. I can only wonder why the first 3 browsers support this kind of URL. Also, Platform should be "all", I'm seeing this on Linux
imo marking an evangelism bug all/all is a waste of my time. this is an evangelism bug because the type or url they're using has not been allowed in the spec for years, or something like that. it should be pretty simple to get them to fix it. usually it's as simple as removing 'http:' from the url.
