Build ID: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 STR 1. go to http://www.html5test.com 2. compare font rendering to Firefox 27 beta or Safari 7 Actual results: Firefox trunk's font rendering much thinner than other browsers
Looks like the same issue as bug 931426. I'm not clear why Fx 27 would render differently than Fx trunk, though. Fx26 & Fx 29a render identically here - but differently (thinner) from Safari 7.
This is lack of subpixel AA. The upcoming backout in bug 941095 should fix this.
