See https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-auth-server/issues/511. The server responds with something helpful if a user enters a non-normalized email address (like "Test@Test.com", and it's up to the client to retry as appropriate. This should be invisibile to consumers, I think -- so we should make FxAccountClient20 do it automatically in create and login.
