After thinking about it, I realized that making a quick modification to cfx is probably the easiest way to test that native jetpack is working for now.

We really need this to avoid regression based development which we just experienced in bug 1036625 I don't see an alternative at the moment besides running the jpm test suite on tbpl somehow, but the last I spoke to Mossop about this it sounded like land test npm modules on tbpl would be difficult. I've also spoken to some relengs and it doesn't sound like adding a new test suite like this will be easy to get approved, although providing infrastructure for pulgable test suites is something some of them would would like to do sometime in the future, so if/when that occurs this latter option is probably going to be the better one imho.

This may not be necessary any longer, at the moment we have the test suites run on travis with jpm and the toolkit/loader, so this seems good enough to me for now.
