When opening the history panel from the toolbar and the list takes more space than the screen height, there is no way to scroll that panel. This makes many items unreachable (most notably the »Show all history« item). The bookmarks panel has a scroll mechanism, so that logic should be mirrored in the history panel.

The odd thing is, I see a scrollbar just fine on OS X, and can scroll the view. I wonder why this is OS-specific. :-\
