Akin to search settings, there should be a 'restore defaults' option under a 3 dotted menu in the top right
We decided to omit the "restore defaults" button because we don't allow removal of the default panels, so we don't match the mocks anymore. Since we only hide them (grey them out), it should be easy for users to restore their defaults.
