This tracking bug is about finding and removing janks in Gaia. There are different types of janks and I expect this bug to first track big janks and go forward by tracking smaller janks. For example targetting 100ms janks at first sounds reasonable, and then start to go from here to something like 80ms, 70ms, etc... Also there is an other type of 'jank' this meta bug may address. Sometimes something takes forever to be done while the event loop is not that busy. For example bringing the call screen takes a while, but this is mostly divided into multiple small steps.
