QA Wanted - can we work to find realistic end-user STR for this bug?

I did some testing and debugging. Realistic STR: - Open Settings app - Tap 'Sim security' to setup SIM PIN event handlers - Go back - Enable Airplane mode - Disable Airplane mode - Tap 'Sim security' The SIM PIN button is now gray. 100% reproducible. I haven't fully debugged this, but when I switch off Airplane mode, it seems that I don't observe an IccInfoChange event.

Bug 965765 seems to be a similar issue.

Okay - let's switch the qawanted request to check if this reproduces on 1.1 or not.

We were unable to reproduce this issue using two devices on the 01/30/14 1.1 build or on the 02/03/14 1.2, 1.3, and Master (1.4) builds. We attempted both sets of STR (comment 0 & comment 3) along with finding other STR. On every attempt, the SIM PIN button would become selectable, allowing us to enable and enter or change a SIM PIN. Removing qawanted since it seems QA is unable to do much for the bug at this time.

Leaving it out of 1.3.
