ldap is one of those dlls that gets loaded right away on startup. we need to delay that until we really need it.

this is bug is important to help reduce startup time.

Cathleen: on Linux, at least, I've never seen that behavior, except during autoreg. Do you have a stack trace of this happening?
I dont see it getting loaded at startup on windows either.
uhm... let me do another run, to see if ldap is still being loaded.
Since we're unable to reproduce, reassigning to cathleen.
