We don't want to show the tour on releases after Australis so we need to backout bug 966014.

Bug 966014 ended up only landing on Aurora 29 so this doesn't really need to be backed out since it only does anything on Aurora.

We likely won't want it on Aurora 30, though. We also need to back out https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/rev/799ec5c3c327.

Just to confirm my read on this, we should be able to close out this bug since it didn't land on 30 and we only need it in 29 (where it already has landed). Nothing to do here, right?
