(2)click one of the links to download that build (3)mozilla promts to location to download/save. (4)mozilla downloads the file. Another example is to try to download a shoutcast stream (www.shoutcast.com). Mozilla will not load up the pls file into my media player (xmms). This is a recent regression and I do not know the proper component placement.
