Show the next step in the payment account creation. For Bango and Zippy this is the create account page, we'll worry about Timwe doing it in a different order, when and if that happens. These were part of the developer choice changes. Then Boku happened and we did the quickest thing possible to make Boku work. Then a whole devhub redesign was suggested. So some of this got done, and some will be done in the future.
