Details
Clicking on modify in the management payment account should allow to modify the payment account. This is like the existing popup, but in the new layout.
Please note that not all the fields can be modified.

These were part of the developer choice changes. Then Boku happened and we did the quickest thing possible to make Boku work. Then a whole devhub redesign was suggested. So some of this got done, and some will be done in the future.
