Description: When connecting to a Wifi source that uses Captive Portal, in which the user must open a browser to enter the password or agree to terms, a notification will appear that is too long to fit on screen, preventing the user from reading the entire message. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140206004002 2) Go to Settings -> Wifi and connect to an open Wifi connection that uses a Captive Portal (Make this the only connection). 3) Once connected and after the webpage appears, disable Wifi (It is not necessary to enter the password). 4) Wait 30 seconds and then re-enable Wifi. 5) Once the notification appears swipe down from the top of the screen to view it. Actual: The notification text is too long to read in its entirety. Expected: The notification is shortened in all languages in order to fit within the screen. 1.3 Environmental Variables: Device: Buri 1.3 MOZ BuildID: 20140206004002 Gaia: 467ef8c9145d9a57d35b0619db541d23b522b958 Gecko: a1fa925c40c2 Version: 28.0 Firmware Version: v1.2-device.cfg Repro frequency: 100% See attached: screenshot

Removing l12y key, since this is more a design issue than a localizability one (screenshot shows that this happens in English too).
