I believe it should allow for only one. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any page 2. Click security icon in the bottom/right of the page 3. Click it again Actual Results: Two dialogs Page Info displayed/ Expected Results: Second click should bring first dialog to front, without creating second one.
