1999071208M8: Mac 8.5.1

Pmock states that this problem has been around for a few builds and that it is a
known issue. Since I am unable to find a bug it is being reported here.

Overview Description: Mail does not open using the Tasks/Messenger menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Double click onto Apprunner.
2. When the browser window displays then select Tasks/Messenger.

Actual Results:The browser remains and Mail does not launch.

Expected Results:Expected the Mail application to start.

Additional Information: Mail opens by double clicking on Mozilla Messenger.

If this is Mac-only, then it's almost certainly a focus issue. Click in the
browser window, then try the menu item. It should work now.

Bug 9701 exists for this.
