1. Goal * As a user, if I want to the option to decline Firefox’s offer of translation so that I can read the content in the language of my choice 2. Acceptance Criteria * Upon page load, I can select a “No, Thanks” option * After I select this option, the Infobar will close

Verified as fixed using try build from bug 979424. The implementation changed from 'No thanks' to 'Not Now'. Testing was done on Windows 7 64bit, Mac OS X 10.8.5 and Ubuntu 13.10 32bit
