Details
When hovering the "Submit" button on Bugzilla you see a cursor:pointer. When switching to a different tab using Alt/Cmd+Number the cursor is "default", the arrow. Using the keyboard to switch back to the Bugzilla tab the cursor should now be "pointer" again because we are hovering the "Submit" button again.
This works as expected in non-e10s Firefox.
