When you try to open something that's been downloaded but has already been removed from the "Downloads" folder, fxmetro becomes very unresponsive. For example, a user download's an executable and decides to move it somewhere else and than returns to the browser. After a few minutes, decides to click on "Open" and will run into this issue.

Video of issue:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Open fxmetro
2) Go to http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html
3) Select the "Download" button and download the executable
4) Once downloaded, switch over to the Desktop and remove the file that you just downloaded from "Downloads"
5) Swipe in fxmetro once again and select "Open" (Nothing will happen)
6) Tap on the screen to dismiss the "Navigation App Bar" (Download App Bar should be left behind)
7) Try closing the "Download App Bar", or try closing the tab through the "Tab App Bar". You should notice that you won't be able to use the majority of the browsers functions.

Current Behavior:

- Attempting to open something that has been downloaded but already deleted/removed makes some of fxmetro functions unresponsive.

Expected Behavior:

- Selecting "Open" shouldn't do anything as the file was deleted/removed, but it definitely shouldn't become unresponsive. The user should be able to continue using the browser without any issues.
