  Switch camera mode, aspect ratio is wrong

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch Camera
  2. Switch to Video/Picture mode

* Expected result:
  - Aspect ratio show normally

I was wondering the same thing while going through the bug list the other day. I'm not sure if KitKat fixes this or not. It only occurs on Nexus 4. I'd say, if it works on KitKat then we probably don't need to worry about it.
