DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  MS noise when user dail the first number at the frist time.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES: 
  1. Idle -> Enter Phone App -> Dail a number as will -> MS noise when user dail the first number at the frist time(K.O)
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  No noise when user dail numbers.
