Description:
The time in the status bar stops responding to changes when the region and/or city is changed repeatedly.
Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20140227040202
2) Launch the Settings then select Date & Time.
3) Disable the Set Automatically switch if it is enabled.
4) Select either the Region or the City fields.
5) Change the region or city repeatedly while observing the time in the status bar.
Actual:
After one or two location changes, the time in the status bar stops updating.
Expected:
The time in the status bar continues updating regardless of how many time the location is changed.
