Um...please don't dup all 'pages scroll slowly' bugs against one unless testcases you've made show that they're each the same culprit. In this case they may well be dups since I think this slow-scrolling-on-some-pages is a recent regression, but reopening anyways until we're sure. Also, to clarify, my memory usage jumps just upon loading this page (and it also jumps when loading sony.com), not necessarily when scrolling; so i'll split that off.

Scrolling on the specified URL seems to be fine using build 2001111108 on win2k
