User Story

When a person clicks a link that I send them, I should be able to receive the call and have a conversation with them.

Approximate UX:

- Conversation window opens (bug 981064)
- Permission Requested for media
- On accepting the permission, local video is displayed, along with remote video once connection is established.

Exclusions:

- No audio-only, no face mute, no remote audio mute

We need to understand the server flow models here, as I don't think the currently published API meets what the UX was thinking.
