The error message indicates "insert a SIM card" when already there is one in the phone but flight mode is on. If we cannot detect this scenario in order to deliver an specific message, we should be explaining both alternatives.

Steps to reproduce: 1. recibe an MMS with attachment, but is pending to be downloaded 2. Turn Flight Mode ON 3. Try to download the MMS attachment
