Sure, Setting NI on myself to retest this on MOnday. I don't have a device handy atm.

Reflashed my buri and the issue is no longer occurring for me. Chart is loading normally. Will attach a logcat if I do get it to occur again. Think I may have been on an older build for the first attempt and appears to be fixed in the current build.

Okay I'm confused. comment 7 says it isn't reproducing, but the build ID points to a 3/7 build. comment 4 says it is reproducing, but the build ID points to a 3/10 build.
Can you clarify?

Hmm, sorry about that. Reflashed my buri after the first comment as it had been used for a v1.3 test case and I hadn't realized. Reflashed to the 3/7 build for comment #7 as that is the most current v1.4 build we are approved to use here. So for clarification:
Issue does not reproduce on the latest v1.4. Chart loads appropriately.
Issue does reproduce on the latest v1.3. Chart does not load.

Sorry for the confusion!

Got this issue to repro on v1.4 from 7/10 after we moved to it today. Attaching video with StR and logcat.
Repro Steps:
1. Have two apps open in the background (marketplace and email used for video)
2. Open Usage app
3. Observe chart fail to load correctly
If the device sits idly and goes to sleep on the failed chart load screen, when it is unlocked the chart will appear correctly.
8/10 repro rate with two apps open in the background.
1/10 repro rate with no other apps open.

Device: buri v1.4 MOZ ril

QA Wanted - Can we check whether the steps in comment 10 reproduce on 1.3?
Bhavana - Did you have apps open in the background when you reproduced this bug?

I'm able to reproduce it in 1.3:
1.Open browser.
2.Navigate.
3.Open usage
From logcat I see:
E/GeckoConsole( 132): [JavaScript Error: "aStats is undefined" {file: "resource://gre/modules/NetworkStatsDB.jsm" line: 234}]
This error is produced by a race condition detected a month ago. It is being fixed in bug 964228, the patch is ready to land soon in 1.3, waiting for Fabrice approval.
