* Description:
  This problem happened on v1.3T build (Taroko device).
  If you quickly tap the keyboard, you will see the delay happened.
  Attaching demo video (WP_20140310_001.mp4)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the Message app
  2. Tap "Pencil" icon to edit a new message
  3. Tap the "Message" field
  4. Quickly input many characters

* Expected result:
  No delay happened

* Actual result:
  Serious delay happened
