Action: select Help/AboutMozilla
Expect: At top of page is the word 'Mozilla' and version info
Actual: Only saw word 'Mozilla' at top of page; no version info
If I enable javascript then things work correctly.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Diaable javascript
2. click on Help/AboutMozilla
3. drink beer :)

Most of the about: functionality uses JS (about:plugins certainly does).
I think we should enable JS for all about: pages no matter what the pref is set
to. ccing mstoltz for his insight/feedback

This happened because I made about: pages no longer get the system principal, so
they're subject to the javascript enabled pref just like everything else.
