As a developer, I would like to be able to try out a template on a device without having to first download the app to my computer and deploying it to the device so that I can more easily and directly select the right template for the app I wish to build. Acceptance Criteria: - Developers can access the directory of templates from a device, presumably via the marketplace and can install the template to see what it does on the device.

We/any other developer could just add the template to the marketplace and have it go through the standard process. This shouldn't need any special code--just someone submitting the templates through the right interface.
