When the user uses the keypad to manually dial the number of a contact saved in Contacts, there is a chance that the call will not appear in the log. roughly 60% repro rate.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20140314004002
2) Add a contact with a valid phone number to the contacts list.
3) Launch Dialer app.
4) Navigate to keypad, and manually type phone number of contact from step 2.
5) Press the green 'call' button.
6) End the call.
7) Observe Call Log.

Actual:
Phone call is not displayed in call log.

Expected:
Phone call is displayed in call log.

Notes:
This issue is easiest to reproduce on a freshly flashed phone with an empty call log, but has been observed to occasionally occur in populated call logs as well.

I have the correct Contact name shown with the phone number and status.
