It's probably best to remove this button from Fx Desktop + Australis.

Why? All of this is behind a MOZ_METRO define, just like the regular menu item (which is still on mozilla-beta, which presumably means the bits will be in the code corresponding to the 28 release, unless someone somewhere is preparing a mass backout to wipe all traces from the source tree, which seems unlikely).

I presume the define is set in the right circumstances, and isn't in others. I don't think we need to scramble to spend time and effort to completely remove this from the tree and update all our tests to do the same. Certainly not as a P1.

Yeah, this isn't an Australis issue, more of a code cleanup issue.
