Details
In some cases of crashes gaiatest tries to use the marionette session before it is created.

The issue is in GaiaDevice __init__ :
- remove where the lockscreen atom is important and move it into the lock() and unlock() methods.
- remove the lockscreen atom import step from start_b2g()
