[dolphin] bluetooth doesn't work

Details
After enable bluetooth in setting, the Devices in the area will display "Searching for devices..." and enable/disable button will become gray and can't enable/disable again.

It looks like bluedroid related library missing, as well as hci vendor specific library. I'm working on it.

This needs to add bluetooth.default in device.mk
|
