I would like to see the bugzilla system modified so that external templates are
used for generating the new bug and change bug pages.  If this were done, than
some customization could be made to the way these pages are displayed to better
suit the individual installs instead of having to modify the code directly. 
This should make upgrades easier too.

(Note, I don't really have a problem with your system, but one of my clients
doesn't like having to see a bunch of fields that are 'irrelevant'.  By
templatizing, I could hide the fields in question and not having to worry much
about upgrading in the future.
