So, our QA buddies are already working on marionette tests to exercise the login flow via the system app, which uses the FxAccountsIACHelper. I dunno what the best tracking bug is for their work, but we should keep this stuff under the same parent bug. Paging spenrose, thoughts on organizing the test effort?

For now, just make sure everything blocks 974121, or some other child of 941723, until I triage the latter's tree. I added Richard and No-Jun to the Cc, and we probably want to assign one of them, but no rush.
