With bug 979512 we added the ability to split the Gaia UI tests into chunks and run a specific chunk. We should use this on TBPL where we are currently hitting the two hour timeout. Looking at the current results, I think we should consider using at least 7 chunks.

As far as I know running these tests against emulator builds on buildbot still has value, and this was at one point blocking that work. I'm not sure if it's still valid, but it should probably be kept open until we can confirm that.
