Was able to reproduce on Buri 1.3.

Able to reproduce it on OPENC v1.3 on the browser but NOT in the Youtube app. Maybe we must close this as an app bug?

This may actually be an issue with the reddit ui overlapping the youtube ui. I am waiting to get a Buri that works to confirm this is fixed.

Yes, this is just because the reddit ui happens to overlap the youtube ui. If you scroll down to videos later on the /r/videos page, the reddit sidebar does not overlap the ui there, and the fullscreen option is present. Not much youtube can do to fix this.
