In order to allow Loop application to be available in MarketPlace, it cannot be a certified app but a privileged one. Some of the functionality that seems to be required by Loop (e.g. the attention screen) is only available to certified apps.
This meta is to track the changes that are going to be needed so that the required functionality by Loop app is available to privileged applications

removed the 2.0 tag as this is a meta bug and the individual regressions are being tracked separately for 2.0 work. can be found by searching for open bugs with whiteboard tag of ft:loop.
