Details
All tests in disabled.json should be fixed to run as standalone tests. This way they will pass on TBPL and also can be sandboxed on Travis.

Changing this bug to specifically track work to be done for travis sandboxing.

I currently have a green on travis for all of the tests. There are a few mocha global issues when run locally still, but we can do this as a follow-up. Closing this.

Not the most interesting or challenging work but this needed to be done for a long time.
