Details
Currently its a bit unclear exactly what is need to create a product in solitude and Boku, so this bug might expand a bit.
But when a user assigns the Boku account to an app, we need to create the appropriate product to seller mapping in solitude. So that when webpay comes to check if a Boku account is setup, it knows which one to use.
