I just hit this issue too. Wanted to check on bug 988979, updated my Buri to the latest 3/31 master build, rebooted my device --> unable to unlock!

I was able to get in the first time, and after that no luck. Going to reflash and turn off the screen lock as a temporary workaround.

After flashing I was able to repro after proceeding through the FTU and tapping the power button twice to see the lockscreen. Then I cannot unlock.

Note that this looks like to be a Gecko issue (I flashed a older Gecko with the current Gaia and it works fine)

Looks like bug 957560 broke this.

Julien confirmed that the backout of bug 957560 does fix this bug.
