User Story
As a user I want to be able to easily return to the top of the vertical homescreen so that I don't need to scroll all of the way up to access my most commonly used apps. Acceptance Criteria: 1. While scrolled down to any position on the homescreen, initiating the return to the top of the homescreen brings me to the top. 2. While at the top of the homescreen, initiating the return to top of the homescreen does nothing. 3. Design and interaction matches UX spec.

Mass modify - set status-b2g-v2.0 fixed for fixed bugs under vertical homescreen dependency tree.

Maybe I'm dumb, but on 2.0 I cannot find how it should actually work - what to tap, what gesture to do, please, tell me...
