When you go to the page the right and left navigation bars doesnt appear first, and they hang the mozilla and computer for a long time. After it renders it, it does it incorrectly. Menus dont appear in coorect place. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.3+) Gecko/20010906 i also see it in a recent Linux version. Same things happens in a P200 and Celeron450 Win98 and Mandrake Linux

The slow scrolling is reported more times than we need already, the broken menus are due to the page using an old broken version of HierMenus (version 4.0.8 or older). I don't see the browser hanging, marking WORKSFORME.

the cpu usage does not go up drastically, but the page loads very slowly.
