Right now I'm storing the icons as data URIs in the JSON [1] [2]. Instead, we should write them to the appcache manifest. If new apps become available, we need to incrementally add those icons to the appcache (using the Mozilla-specific `window.applicationCache.mozAdd` [3]). We should also remove the ones we don't need (`window.applicationCache.mozRemove`).

Eventually, we'll want to probably put these in IndexedDB but this is good for now.
