When diplay:flex is defined for a container, the content is not printed from 2+ pages The attached testcase is 4 pages long at paged media but currently only 1 is printed
Yup, known issue. Bug 939897 tracks this; hopefully should be fixed before too long.

Printing a single-line row flex container is fixed by bug 1622935.
