I'm pretty sure there's already a bug filed on this, but I wasn't able to find it. STR: Tap URL bar, try to search a number (e.g., 2048). Nothing happens. We've had this bug for as long as I can remember. Since number-only searches aren't that uncommon (2048 game, zip codes, phone numbers, etc.), it would be nice to finally get this fixed.
Bug 693808 would fix this, but I wonder if we could use a workaround in the meantime. FF for Android is special in that we combine the URL bar with the search bar, so it's a bigger problem for us. Until that's fixed, perhaps we could add a workaround that bypasses the URI fixup for number-only searches.

Adds a special case check for number queries to bypass third party fixup, which is just a band-aid until bug 693808 is fixed.
