I can no longer reasonably put off getting this access as I am now responsible for solving some new top-crashers. What information do you need?

You need my +1 (done), and your manager's +1 (:naveed?). I also need you to sign in with persona over at https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/, which will create your account. The button is in the lower right corner. Once that is done and your manager has given the +1, I'll flip the permission bits.

Great! Terrence -- when you're logged into crash-stats.m.o you will have additional permissions now. On the page of an individual crash report you will see a few additional fields, there will be a new tab where you can download the raw crash dumps and a json form of processed dumps. You will also have a longer timeout on search queries. I've sent you an email with some additional information about your new responsibilities.
